The staff here were incredibly helpful and patient throughout our stay, and the breakfast provided a fantastic selection with lots of food choices.

For the price the room is already very familiar and the climate cannot be used for cooling in winter.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a RELAXING stay of three nights. The restaurant was reasonably priced at top floor, I tried appetising dishes.

The location is close to the city center and main train station. The staff is very attentive. Amenities like central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television are available in the twin room.

Nice spacious room, bathtub at the window, super service (English), Internet was partly slow, was immediately fixed with additional router (first class)

It was in a particularly good location minute walk from Ikime Hachimangu Shrine. Liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Everything was perfect and the staff was attentive. The breakfasts were marvellous and reasonably priced.

The hotel's location near a tram stop was fantastic and the staff were wonderful.

The breakfast was super and amazing with perfect view and Western dishes, as for instance, and the facilities were GOOD.

The location is perfect, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. The airport bus also leaves directly in front of the hotel (cost 900¥). Breakfast (European & Japanese) leaves nothing to be desired and is very extensive. Room is very large and has European standard. The hotel can be highly recommended.

Free parking and delicious breakfast for vegetarians. Well-appointed rooms with good beds, peaceful stay. - Location near trams stop outside for the Peace Park, the restaurant, and all famous sightseeing spots.

I liked the view over Nagasaki. THE hotel is very central and beside the hotel there was a tram line and one could get a tram pass for one day. The hotel had a lot of goodies that you should only take clothes for the day, and since we checked in very early, she already brought our suitcases to our room.

We would have been happier if there was an ice machine in the room, in the refrigerator.

We didn't like breakfast that much. We cannot recommend the restaurant The Kitchen.

The breakfast was fantastic with breathtaking views, and the food was exceptional, plus the standard room was spacious and impressive, featuring a large bathroom.

Friendly staff, including one woman whose name I now forget, but whose English was very good. She always came to the desk when she saw us heading there, helped us with taxis, reservations etc. The room was comfortable and clean; good wifi, good shower (temperature and pressure). Location is easy to get to - a few minutes walk from the train station: the limousine bus from the airport dropped us at the door, and the tram stop was right outside the hotel.

Nothing significant - maybe the bed could have been a little softer.
